After exiting the brick kiln industry, Naresh ventured into poultry farming, establishing a successful operation in Dera Bassi, a well-known area in the Mohali district. Over 15 years, Naresh and his family built the farm into a thriving enterprise, showcasing his adaptability and business acumen. At the age of 60, Naresh retired from the poultry farm business, closing another chapter of his dynamic career.
While many would slow down in their 60s, Naresh Chaudhary shifted gears and embraced the real estate sector. Leveraging his decades of business experience, Naresh founded a trusted real estate company. His commitment to quality and community has resulted in numerous successful residential and commercial projects across Chandigarh and its surrounding areas, making him a reputable name in the industry.

Naresh Chaudhary was elected unanimously as Vice President of the Chandigarh club, and this was the second time in the club's history that it set a benchmark, as it was only attained first by the late Shri Mukesh Bassi in 1996.
